REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY

McLane Middleton, Professional Association is seeking a talented and driven Real Estate Attorney to join our ranks.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant commercial real estate experience and a strong interest in real estate law. Experience representing owners and developers in connection with the acquisition, ownership, financing, development, leasing, and sale of real estate is highly valued. Residential real estate experience is also desirable.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a private law firm setting and will demonstrate the ability to manage billable hour requirements and maintain accurate timekeeping records. We are looking for a self-starter who is motivated to advance their career and take an active role in the department. An interest in networking, marketing, and client development is essential. Candidates who are eager to contribute to a collaborative real estate practice are encouraged to apply.

Options for a hybrid work schedule combining in-office and remote work are available. The candidate must possess excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school with strong analytical abilities, excellent client service skills, as well as strong communication and writing skills.

We offer a collegial team-focused environment, support for professional development and professional satisfaction in a fast-paced work environment.  Qualified candidates must be admitted to the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar, or have the ability to waive in. Other bar memberships are a plus.

McLane Middleton provides the following salary range for this position $170,000 - $225,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to individual performance, geographic location, experience, education, and other qualifications consistent with applicable law. This role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation. Because incentive amounts cannot be calculated in advance, the base salary range listed above represents McLane Middleton’s good faith estimate of the annual base salary range reasonably expected for this position.  McLane Middleton is an equal opportunity employer.
