Cardiac and Thoracic Surgical Associates (CTSA) is seeking a dynamic cardiac surgeon to join our Denver practice. CTSA is the largest independent cardiothoracic group in Colorado with two locations, one in Denver and one in Colorado Springs. We have a long history in the community of providing excellent patient care and enjoying strong relationships with our cardiology partners and hospital administrative teams. Our Denver location is growing, so we are looking to recruit our next surgeon to join our team.

Candidates should be comfortable with the full spectrum of adult cardiac surgery. Clinical opportunities include participating in our structural heart program (TAVRs and mitral clips) as well as building a broad-based adult cardiac practice. We are a collegial practice with a focus on work/life balance.

Located within a short drive to world class skiing and outdoor recreational activity, Denver is a vibrant city home to several professional and collegiate sports teams. There are multiple options for fantastic dining and cultural events.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of clinical experience, but we would welcome a highly motivated new graduate. Come and practice where others vacation.

Total Compensation: $450-$700K, depending on experience.  

In addition to a base salary, physicians are eligible for supplemental compensation to include RVU incentives and other performance-based bonuses.
