In 1982, we started as a tiny Company of five, manufacturing boutique wedges and putters. Today, we're a global, high-tech brand with some 2,300 employees, each an integral part in utilizing the latest materials, ideas and innovations to make and sell high-performance Callaway Golf clubs, balls, putters, accessories and services.

We're passionate about what we do, and we provide extensive training and development to keep our employees tops in their field. But we also have full lives outside our work, and realize that a healthy balance between career and play makes for happier people who are more productive in every aspect of their lives.
