Mercy Pet Hospital, Inc. is committed to providing compassionate and customized veterinary care. We are a well-established, privately owned, group of hospitals in the Sacramento area. Our goal is to be an integral part of the human-animal bond between our clients and patients. Our doctors and staff keep current with all the latest advances in veterinary medicine and technology. This allows us to provide the best care possible for our patients to lead long, happy lives.
We have created a warm and professional environment to help keep clients and pets at ease, as well as our staff! We are very family friendly, and understand work is only one aspect that should be in balance with the rest of your personal life.
Our doctors work collaboratively with each other and other hospitals in our area. We have a team of radiologists, cardiologists, internal medicine specialist, board-certified surgeon and acupuncture specialist that visit the hospitals routinely.
We are open Mon-Sat at the Fair Oaks location, and Mon - Fri at the Citrus Heights location. We do not keep emergency hours. We have the privilege to treat pets from not only the Sacramento area, but also pets from the Bay Area and surrounding communities that will drive for our services.
The Sacramento area is a great place to live with an abundance of recreational activities, entertainment and food options! We are also close to the Lake Tahoe area and a short drive from San Francisco.

Company History
Mercy Pet Hospital, Inc. was founded by Dr. Marci Linett in 2011. Previous to this, Dr. Linett owned two hospitals in Washington. Mercy Pet Hospital of Citrus Heights was opened in 2011, and Mercy Pet Hospital of Fair Oaks was opened in 2015. We have continued to grow and enjoy the relationship we have with our long-term clients and patients. We have been so happy to serve these communities and keep so many pets happy and healthy!
