The Stellar Group is a research and planning firm with extensive expertise in working with state, tribal, and nonprofit partners to plan, implement and measure the impact of their program activities. Our work is designed to empower our clients to use data and information to make informed decisions about what is working well, and where changes may be needed.

Our small size is intentional. It allows us to focus on projects we are passionate about - projects where we can develop deep expertise and know our work will have an impact. We have a long history of successful research and planning projects, and we take pride in our ability to customize our approach to truly meet our client’s needs. We are pragmatic, yet also creative and innovative. There is no cookie-cutter approach in our work because each project we work on has a unique set of circumstances and needs.
